How to Order
We use a secure, private, Messenger-first order flow to protect financial information. Please follow the instructions below.
1. Copy Order Summary
Add files to "My List", check your choices, and click "Copy Order Summary" to copy the text to your clipboard.
2. Send on Messenger
Go to our official Facebook Messenger chat, paste the order summary text, and send it to our administrators.
3. Receive Private Payment Info
EduFilesPH support will privately reply in the chat with the available payment instructions.
4. Send Proof & Get Files
Transfer your payment contribution, reply with the screenshot receipt, and our team will manually deliver the files directly in your chat!
Why are payment details not shown publicly?
To keep payment information secure, **we do not display payment account details publicly on this site**. Payment instructions are exchanged privately between you and our authorized representatives inside our official Facebook Messenger chat channel. This keeps transactions safe and personal.
Manual File Delivery Guidelines
Our team verifies proofs of payment and fulfills files manually to keep our resource fees affordable for public school teachers. Verification and file delivery typically take **15 minutes to 2 hours** during day hours (**7:00 AM to 10:00 PM**). Orders placed outside these hours will be fulfilled first thing the following morning.
Official Support Channels Only
We only contact and exchange details through our official Facebook Page @EduFilesPH. We never send text messages or phone calls requesting credentials, OTPs, or passwords. Please report any suspicious activity immediately.
